Capital Prime Mortgage Administration Services Corp. (FSRA Licence #13670) provides professional loan-servicing for private mortgages originated by licensed mortgage brokerages. Our role begins after a lender and borrower enter into a legally binding mortgage agreement.
We might:
• hold borrower payments in an FSRA-approved trust account;
• remit interest and principal to the lender;
• monitor insurance, tax and renewal dates, properties
• Issue regular portfolio statements.

Important: Capital Prime Mortgages Corp does not arrange or recommend mortgages. Any decision to fund a mortgage must be made through a licensed mortgage brokerage or exempt-market dealer. Private mortgages carry the risk of borrower default, market value fluctuations and illiquidity; investors may lose part or all of their principal. Capital Prime originates all of its mortgage applications through licensed mortgage agents and brokers.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Louise, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause. The number of arbitrators shall be three (3). The seat, or legal place, or arbitration shall be Toronto, Canada. The language of the proceedings shall be English. The governing law of these Legal Terms shall be the substantive law of Canada.
